Ninghai, China – 2025 — Ninghai Jinsong Stamping Co., Ltd. has officially released its new 50kN High-Strength Aluminum Pulley Series, engineered for fall protection, rescue systems, tower-climbing operations, and industrial rope access. Built from aerospace-grade aluminum with CNC-machined sheaves, the pulleys deliver smooth rotation, low friction, and reliable load transfer even under dynamic forces.
The new pulley line includes single-sheave, double-sheave, and rescue-style configurations, supporting 11–13 mm ropes. Tested for durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term outdoor use, these pulleys meet the performance expectations of professional PPE manufacturers.
Designed with OEM customers in mind, Jinsong offers private-label production, customized color anodizing, and structural optimization based on specific safety harness system requirements.
